Quinteto Latino performs Paquito d’Rivera’s playful Wapango followed by their own arrangement (by José-Luis Hurtado) of the Mexican folk song, Son de la Bruja. Also on the program are QL’s commission, El Recreo, La Cumbia, Los Vikingos, y otras Miniaturas, by Paul Desenne and Marcus Siqueira’s monumental Egrégores.
